How do you find your candidates?

How do we do it?

The secret art of recruiting.

We are asked this a lot. The education of a recruiter starts on their very first day. It takes a lot of time, practice and skill to become a good recruiter. You have to put in 2-3 hours of every day, dedicated just to recruiting new people. But the process is very mysterious. It’s a highly coveted secret passed down through the ages, mostly by word of mouth. Much of the skill has been lost over the years. But we still keep the faith. We stick to the old ways. We know the secret.

Ok, you want to know the secret? Fine. Here it is. We call people. A lot of people. And we ask for referrals. Oh, yes, one more thing. We’ve been doing it for a very long time. So, when you ask for our help, and we seem to pull a great candidate out of our hat, with minimal effort, the fact is, that great candidate is the result of dozens of hours of very hard work. Some candidates become active job seekers only after years of steady contact with our recruiters. It’s never easy, but sometimes it can look that way.

By the way, we consider it a resounding success when you hire the only candidate we present. Remember that “Time is Money” thing. We believe it. We live it. Let us show you how we can save you time and money.
