Anne K. Naragon, Partner

Anne brings more than 17 years of recruiting experience to Elite Network. She is an accounting graduate of Santa Clara University, and began her career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose. After five years in public accounting, she joined Sun Microsystems where she worked in the corporate FP&A and internal audit groups. In 1994, she made a career change and joined the recruiting firm of Management Solutions, Inc. in San Jose. After six successful years of developing an extensive network of finance professionals, she co-founded a boutique firm where she was a Partner for four years. Bryan J. Nobida, Partner

Prior to his role as a founding partner at Elite Network, Bryan spent five years with Romac International, a national specialty-staffing firm. He was the business unit director for their finance and accounting division in Portland, Oregon. He also worked as a senior staffing consultant for them in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he received numerous honors for service and performance. Bryan began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young in San Francisco, and is a licensed CPA in California. Neil D. Glatzer, Partner

Neil brings more than 30 years of staffing and recruiting industry experience in the Silicon Valley to the Elite Network senior management team. Previously, he spent nine years as a vice president at Management Solutions, Inc. In addition to his managerial responsibilities there, Neil specialized in the placement of executive level senior financial management including CFOs, vice presidents of finance, directors and controllers. His prior experience in the staffing industry included a partnership role with a successful Bay Area boutique retained search firm, as well as eight years with a large international accounting and finance contingent recruiting firm. Neil began his career in public accounting with KPMG, moving on to roles including director of program development for the California State Society of CPAs and assistant controller for a large subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. Randy L. Merrell, Partner

Randy brings over 28 years of recruiting experience to Elite Network. Prior to joining Elite’s senior management team, Randy was the Vice President of Operations for Management Solutions, Inc. Over a 9-year period with MSI he managed a team of over 100 professional recruiters. During this period, Randy played a key role in the company’s growth from one office, with revenue of $3M, to a $55M company with 10 offices. MSI was sold to Monster.com in early 2001. Randy’s prior experience in recruiting includes start-up operations, developing and managing training programs, and integrating acquisitions. Randy started his recruiting career with a large national staffing firm in the early 80′s where he twice led the west coast in billing. Prior to recruiting he was a CPA, starting his career with Deloitte & Touche. He later held various finance positions with Hewlett Packard and was Corporate Controller for Big-4 Rents, Inc., a division of Hertz Penske. Steve Gold, Senior Director of Technology Recruiting

Steve brings nearly 25 years of broad Technical recruiting experience, along with his strong entrepreneurial spirit. Allison Fox, Director – Client Services

Allison earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in accounting at Ohio University. She began her career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco, where she worked for three years and earned her CPA. Allison joined Elite Network in 2004. Amy Zhou, Recruiting Manager

Amy joined Elite Network in 2006, after spending two and half years at a large international staffing firm specializing in senior-level project placements. Amy began her career with Deloitte & Touche in San Jose. After 4 years in public accounting and earning her CPA, she went to work for technology companies such as BEA systems, Adaptive Broadband, Cellon International in various finance roles eventually progressing to the position of Corporate Controller. Her accounting experience includes SEC reporting, international consolidation, revenue recognition, corporate taxation, ERP system implementation and financial planning & analysis. Conni Brookman, Manager – Client Services

Conni has over 20 years of experience providing strategic staffing solutions for accounting and finance professionals in the Bay Area, both on a direct hire and contract basis. She joined Elite Network after spending seven years in a principal role, starting and building a local recruiting firm. Conni has diverse experience working with companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500, representing a variety of industries including financial services, real estate, high technology, retail, and e-commerce. Jennifer Lee, Recruiting Manager

Jennifer joined Elite Network in 2009, bringing 8 yrs of successful recruiting experience from a local Bay Area search firm. Her finance and accounting recruiting expertise includes staff to senior level placements in the high tech, bio tech, financial services, retail and real estate industries. Prior to recruiting, Jennifer spent over 10 yrs in finance and accounting beginning her career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco, earning her CPA. She then worked for Banc of America Investment Services, Ariba and Fisher Investments in a variety of roles progressing from senior financial analyst to accounting manager to vp of accounting. Judy Chang, Director – Client Services

Judy came to Elite Network in 2002 from a well-known national staffing firm specializing in finance and accounting placement, where she received numerous awards for outstanding performance and service over a three year period. Her expertise is in the placement of mid- to senior-level finance and accounting professionals, with a concentration in the high-tech and biotech industries. Previously she worked for DHL, Informix, VeriFone and Network Associates in various financial roles. Yvonne Martinez, Director – Contract Recruiting Services

Before joining Elite Network in 2003, Yvonne spent three years as a Senior Account Manager with a large international staffing firm. There she was responsible for placing mid to senior level finance and accounting professionals on both contract assignments and in full-time positions. She services clients in a variety of industries including high technology, manufacturing, professional services, biotech and financial services. Michael Gubbins, Technical Recruiter

Michael started his career in Recruitment after completing a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Distinction) in the UK. He then spent the next 3.5 years sourcing and recruiting candidates for the Automotive Engineering market and during this time he gained the REC Certificate in Recruitment (Merit). In 2011, Michael aligned with Elite Network supporting our candidate development – sourcing and recruiting engineers in both the Northern and Southern California Regions within the Computer Technology industry.
